Position : Appointment Setter (In-Office)

At Win Win Homes, we're not just about real estate; we're about building real relationships. As our Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact with potential clients, and your enthusiasm and charm will be the secret sauce to success.
** _Please note that this position is physically in-office full time, so you must have reliable transportation. If you’re the right fit, we will also perform a background check prior to a job offer. This is_ ** not** ** _a remote position._
Responsibilities :
Spark conversations that make our prospects feel like they've won the lottery
Ask probing questions to decipher the specific needs, motivations, and expectations of potential homeowners - gather essential details about the property, such as condition, location, outstanding mortgages, and other relevant data that you’ll be passing along to the closers
Establish a strong and trustworthy relationship with potential homeowners and ensure potential sellers feel understood, respected, and valued during interactions while setting the right expectations
Turn objections into opportunities, because 'no' is just the first step toward 'yes'
Keep detailed notes in our CRM system with your impeccable record-keeping skills
Collaborate with our dynamic team to ensure every appointment is a win-win situation
Evaluate the potential of leads based on our criteria - distinguish between warm and hot prospects based on their readiness and urgency to sell
Seamlessly transfer qualified hot prospects to the closers, ensuring the handover is smooth and the closer has all pertinent information
Engage with leads who might not be immediately ready to sell but have shown interest in the past - stay on top of follow-ups
Provide regular updates and feedback to the sales team and management about the leads, noting trends, challenges, or potential areas of improvement - collaborate with the closer to understand the outcome of transferred leads, using this feedback to refine the lead qualification process
Stay up to date on real estate market trends and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Work closely with closers (whom you’ll be working with side-by-side in the office), to ensure that the lead-to-sale process is cohesive and efficient
Qualifications :

Compensation :
$2,000 draw per month for the first three months + 3% commission from completed deals
Physically in-office full time
1099 contractor position - no benefits are offered at this time
Must be able to provide own working laptop and headset equipment (we will provide the software for making calls)
