Winchester-Mitsubishi is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. This individual is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the parts department. He/she will accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising. The Parts Clerk must be an investment adviser and profit producer. Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership. Work closely with service manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed Oversee parts flow and inventory. Maximizes all discount programs to achieve management stock order goals. Summits all parts warranty and return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit. Monitors inventory levels of parts on hand and adjusts items and quantities stocked as demand changes. Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Enforce safety requirements. Reviews financial reports and takes corrective action if goals are not being met. Following up on parts orders. Job Requirements: Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Computer literacy Technical automotive knowledge One years of experience in an automotive parts department. Excellent communication and managerial skills. Dealertrack DMS experience a plus Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines.
