SENIOR MANAGER, MELT OPTIMIZATION 

Location: North Carolina, United States

Client is seeking a Senior Manager, Melt Optimization in NC. This role plays a pivotal role in steering the strategic blend management and cost efficiency of titanium (Ti) and nickel (Ni) materials at our Specialty Materials business unit. This position is integral to the enhancement of blend optimization strategies across all melt facilities, ensuring inventory cost management while maximizing revenue.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a role with raw material blend management or revert conversion.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 years’ experience in a role with raw material blend management or revert conversion.
• 5 years’ experience of proven leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• APICS certification.
