    We're looking for a talented individual to join our marketing department! This person will handle marketing needs within our real estate offices and assist with both agent and company marketing requests. We have an in-house marketing agency. This person will be client-facing with our agents, as well as, working with company marketing initiatives. Our Marketing team is always searching for ways to contribute to the success of our agents, and currently, we're searching for inspired, experienced, outgoing, and motivated individuals who are willing to go the extra mile and provide cutting-edge marketing services in our offices. Responsibilities: Reports to Director of MarketingHourly/Non-Exempt; Reporting Hours: 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday (in-office)Focus: Agent Services and Marketing • Assist agents with questions involving Company Tech Tools and the online resource center. Offer general marketing assistance to agents • Coordinate ordering marketing materials for agents • Work directly with Marketing Manager/Marketing Team in the tasking of agent projects • Social media posting for offices, companies, and agents. Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Setup and troubleshoot for agents with Marketing tools (e.g., WORC Site, Moxi Tools, Email Blast Tool, etc.) • Listing Syndication (troubleshoot and resolve the problem if the listing is not syndicating from the MLS to outside websites) • Adding Zillow Reviews and Accounts to the Company online resource center • Website editing for offices, companies, and agents. Utilizing WordPress backend to design and edit websites as needed • Creating and designing marketing materials via print, digital, and advertisements through Canva and Adobe Suite software • Become familiar and educated enough with tools and strategies used to build presentations and tutorials for agents and staff members Auxiliary Focus: • Any other tasks or items Broker/Owner deems necessary • Regular review of agent social media and website platforms for DRE advertising compliance Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in Marketing preferred • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is strongly preferred • Social Media experience is strongly preferred • Video Editing experience is strongly preferred • Real Estate marketing experience is preferred • Familiarity with Zillow and IDX tools preferred • Understanding of Canva, Dropbox, and Basecamp preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and time management skills Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
