    We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for managing our database of agents, ensuring their abilities align with our standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: • Utilization, administration, and maintenance of recruiting software tools • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and recruiting campaigns that are effective and timely • Compile, review, analyze, and disseminate marketing data for the recruiting team • Track incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth. Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful Qualifications: At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Superb time management and organizational skills Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards • 2+ years of experience in Marketing • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign strongly preferred • Social Media Marketing experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with Zillow and IDX tools preferred • Understanding of Canva, Dropbox, and Trello preferred • CRM experience preferred Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 hourly
