Hourly/Non-Exempt; Reporting Hours: 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday (in-office)III. Focus: The Marketing Liaison Specialist is to facilitate communication between our brokerage agents and our marketing team. The main focus will be Agent Services, Company and Agent Marketing, and Office Administration including but not limited to the following: Reports to Director of Marketing • Assist agents with questions involving Company Tech Tools and the online resource center. Offer general marketing assistance to agents • Coordinate ordering marketing materials for agents • Help promote events or promotions throughout the office • Provide ambassadorship inside the office through Customer service, Agent and Staff administrative support, taking care of office needs • Daily office tasks as follows: answer phone lines, transfer phones to appropriate staff member/agent, greet visitors, make them feel welcome while waiting, offer refreshments, maintain office (e.g., stock supplies, cleaning as needed) • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with Agents and referral sources, responding to Agent requests and concerns, assists leadership with communication • Seek and analyze competitor marketing material and digital content • Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts • Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing campaigns and strategies • Follow up on the outcome of said campaign, and prepare a presentation reviewing the highlights • Carry out administrative and data entry-related tasks as assigned by the leadership team • Social Media posting for offices, companies, and agents. Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Setup and troubleshoot for agents with Marketing tools (e.g., WORC Site, Moxi Tools, Email Blast Tool, etc.) • Listing Syndication (troubleshoot and resolve the problem if the listing is not syndicating from the MLS to outside websites) • Adding Reviews and Accounts to the Company online resource center • Website editing for the office, company, and agents. Utilizing WordPress backend to edit websites as needed • Coordinating marketing materials via print, digital, and advertisements • Understand and be able to utilize communication through text and email services (Google) to agents and staff • Regular review of agent social media and website platforms for DRE advertising compliance. • Any other tasks or items Broker/Owner deems necessary IV. Qualifications: Qualifications / Required Experience: • 2+ Years of customer service experience strongly preferred. • 1+ years of experience in Marketing preferred. • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is strongly preferred. • Social Media experience is strongly preferred. • Understanding of Canva, Dropbox, and Basecamp preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills Compensation: $20-$23
