    We’re searching for a diligent assistant for our Commercial and Property Management divisions. You’ll be responsible for answering phones, managing client database and property management software, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand, including putting together listing presentations and social media marketing. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Responsibilities: Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand • Answer phones and enter into client database • Show property • Maintain property management software (update reports, leads, keep information current, etc.) Qualifications: Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Great written and verbal skills Background in real estate is required for this position • Real Estate License is required • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Property Management is a plus Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
