If this sounds like a job you’ll love, apply now! • Generous benefits package • Equity opportunities for the right leader • Base pay is $75,000 to $100,000 plus bonus structure DOE, OTE is $150,000 Responsibilities: Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team Superb customer service and communication skills Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
