Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities would include:

Maintaining the standards of Nursing Care within the facility to meet the physical, psychosocial, and rehabilitative needs of the patients

Contributing to the care planning process

Educating patients and their families on health-related issues

Conducting physical examinations including diagnostic testing to determine health status

Completing required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state or federal regulations

Administering medications and treatments

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Requirements:

Active State licensure as an LPN / LVN

Current CPR certification
