Window Cleaner – Full Time | Macomb County Fish Window Cleaning | $18–$30+/hr | No Experience Needed

Once trained, our full-time cleaners earn $18/hr or more — with top earners making $30+/hr through tips and commission. We'll get you there with two weeks of paid training at $15/hr from day one.

The Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm

Pay: $17/hr base | $25+/hr potential with tips & commission

401k: 3% Contribution by company

Training: 2 weeks paid at $15/hr — no experience required

Work type: Indoor & outdoor, ground level with some ladder work

Season: Year-round

What We're Looking For

You don't need window cleaning experience — just the right attitude and these basics:

Valid driver's license

Reliable vehicle with proof of liability insurance

Able to lift up to 60 lbs

Comfortable working on ladders up to 30 ft

Can work in varying temperatures (0°–110°F)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently
