Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Crew Lead to oversee window cleaning and pressure washing crews in the Indianapolis area. This role is responsible for leading a small team (2-3 technicians), ensuring high quality work every time, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service on every job.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 technicians on job sites

Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards

Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety procedures

Communicate job details, expectations, and feedback to crew members

Serve as the main point of contact for customers on site

Inspect completed work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles

Communicate with office staff regarding job progress, issues, or scheduling

Requirements

Previous professional window cleaning experience (Required)

Previous professional pressure washing experience (Required)

Proven ability to lead or manage a small team (2-3 people)

Valid Driver's License

Strong customer service and customer communication skills

Reliable on time attendance

Clean cut, professional appearance

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks

Schedule

8 hour shift

No weekends

Expected hours: 30-40 hours per week
