Fish Window Cleaning in Hanover MA is seeking a full-time Crew Leader to oversee window cleaning operations on residential properties and larger project-based jobs. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who can work independently while leading and supporting a small team in the field. Crew Leaders are responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining the high quality standards our customers expect. The position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working alongside the team. Candidates should be dependable, organized, and comfortable guiding a small group of employees while completing window cleaning services at homes and businesses throughout the South Shore area.

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Pay: $20-$25 Per Hour
