Window Cleaning Technician Benefits and Perks:

Starting between $17-20 per hour, but with commissions and bonuses, Techs can make $35 per hour equivalents. If you have the gift of sales, you can do VERY well!

Paid holidays.

No work on Saturdays and most Sundays.

Work comfortably and casually. Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts and polo shirts are all provided to you for free. And we provide all the equipment you’ll need too!

Paid training – We do require an experienced window cleaner right now, but other areas of the Shine service model will be trained.

Company vehicles is driven to the project sites, but you do need to have transportation to come for work, and occasionally to a project.

Window/Pressure Cleaning Technician Job Summary:

Each morning, you’ll meet at Shine HQ to understand the day’s game plan.

You’ll arrive at the jobs in our Shine vehicles to customers’ homes or businesses throughout the day and perform services.

Engage with customers before and after work is complete to ensure we’re meeting their expectations.

You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day and prepare for tomorrow.

Window Cleaning Technician Qualifications:

Must like to work with people

Must have reliable transportation and have a clean record.

Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 50 pounds.

Must not be afraid of heights. Ladder work will be required.

Must like to work outside.
