What You’ll Do

Perform professional window cleaning (interior & exterior)

Pressure wash concrete, siding, decks, and other surfaces

Learn proper chemical use, equipment handling, and safety systems

Work alongside experienced techs and crew leads

Deliver high-quality work with speed and attention to detail

Communicate professionally with customers on-site

Maintain vehicles, tools, and job quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and coachable mindset

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders

Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Experience is a plus — attitude and effort matter more
