Sparkle Squad is a Roslindale-based low-rise window and exterior cleaning company serving Greater Boston. We're a small, tight-knit crew and we take pride in our work, our customers, and each other.

Experience is a plus, but what matters most is someone who's handy, works hard, learns fast, and shows up with a good attitude.

You're comfortable talking to customers and can mention additional services without the hard sell.

What You’ll Do

Window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting as part of a 2–3 person crew

Deliver exceptional service on every job

Build relationships with repeat customers

Represent Sparkle Squad in the community and help grow the business by offering additional services and distributing door hangers

Must-Haves

Valid driver's license

Willing to undergo a background check

Comfortable with occasional ladder work (no high-rise or skyscraper work)

Available Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4pm, starting from our Roslindale office

This is a seasonal position, active spring through fall, with reduced or no hours in winter

What We Offer

$20–$24/hr depending on experience, paid weekly. New technicians start at $20/hr and move to $22/hr once they consistently meet our quality standard, typically within 2–4 weeks. Candidates with relevant experience may start higher.

Bonus pay including tips for customer reviews and 10% commission on additional services you recommend

25–40 hours per week, with potential for overtime during peak season

All equipment, uniforms, and transportation to and from job sites provided
