Training & development

We’re looking for a Window Covering Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and customer care. You’ll measure and install blinds, shades, shutters, exterior shades/awnings, and drapes in customers’ homes, represent the brand professionally, and help deliver 5-star results.

Qualifications

2+ years of Handyman or general carpentry experience required if no window covering experience

In-home window covering installation experience is a bonus

Detail-oriented, punctual, and customer-service focused

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Able to lift 50 lbs consistently and work on ladders and stairs

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Arrive on time daily to office and customer's homes

Measure and install window treatments accurately for a clean finish

Troubleshoot install issues and resolve them professionally

Protect client homes and leave the workspace clean

Stay current on products and installation best practices, including programming motorization and apps

Care for provided tools and equipment
