We are looking for entry level Home Service Technicians. Our company provides Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Gutter Cleaning services primarily to residential clients.

You will work as part of a small team day to day and occasional solo opportunities.

Everyday will be a little different. We provide the equipment and you provide the work. You will provide service to different clients each day. Different locations each day. Some days might be all window cleaning. Some days might be all pressure washing. Some days might be a combination of all our services.

Specific Responsibilities:

Provide service in our three service categories which include window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing; We also do Holiday Lighting in the winter!

Speak with customers about additional services

Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies on the vehicle

Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition

Complete invoices and follow work orders as required

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our three service categories is a plus

Physical ability to lift ladders

Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder

Excellent communication skills

Professional appearance and personality
