Window Genie is a small family owned Residential Window Cleaning Company. As a Window Cleaner you will also contribute to other home services like gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

As a Window Cleaner, you are a key member of our team and will be responsible for quality skilled labor and excellent customer service for our residential clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a two person team completing different jobs each day. You will occassionally work alone. We provide everything for you including uniforms and equipment and the work truck.

This is not your typical 9-5 desk job! You will be on the move to different locations around the greater Seattle/Eastside and meeting different people each day. Candidates must be professional, personable, presentable, and detail oriented.

Specific Responsibilities:

Provide service in our three service categories which include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing; we also put up Holiday Lights during the winter.

Speak with customers about additional services and trouble shoot the challenges assocated with each different type of service.

Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies on the vehicle

Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition

Complete invoices and follow work orders as required

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our three service categories is a plus

Physical ability to lift ladders

Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder

Excellent communication skills

Professional appearance and personality
