Window Genie in Sylvania, Ohio is currently hiring an experienced window film installer to join our team. Please note that this position is for flat glass residential installation and NOT for automotive installation. Compensation is up to $19 per hour depending on experience. Benefit options are available.

As a window film installer, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient performance of window film installation and window film removal for small commercial and residential projects. One must accurately measure, cut and install film for our customers while maintaining high levels of professionalism, displaying a strong work ethic and showing incredible attention to detail.

This role requires frequent movement (bending, lifting, reaching, squatting and climbing ladders).

Qualifications are as follows:

Must be dependable.

Possess a valid Driver’s License. A safe driving record is a plus.

Pass a background check.

Be detail oriented.

Have 1 plus years of installation experience (required).

Be a team player with a great attitude.

Responsibilities are as follows:

Provide exceptional customer service.

Must be able to hand cut film patterns as necessary.

Complete jobs with time management in meeting customer deadlines.
