As a Window Film Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient performance of home & light commercial services. You will also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional services and products. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Specific Responsibilities:
Provide independent contractor and consulting for solar film, residential and light commercial window tint application services
Custom window screens, professionally installed and maintained via an annual maintenance plan
Speak with customers about additional services, as it pertains directly to window film
Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of film supplies and materials
Keep personal vehicle [truck or van] in good working conditions, representative of Window Genie of West Atlanta
Complete invoices and follow work orders as required
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience is required; more years and references is preferred
Physical ability to lift ladders and equipment weighing an average of 50 pounds
Willing and able to work up to 32' elevated on a ladder
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional appearance, ethical behavior, and personality
Salary: Starting salary/commission 15% for the first 60 days or 15 jobs. Based on performance and evaluation, increase to 25% commission.
