This position is for our residential services division specializing in window cleaning and pressure washing to high end homes in the area. We are looking for an organized, dependable, skilled candidate with a great attitude, great voice, who can multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced sales environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell jobs and create new contacts

Owning the sales process start to finish

Schedule service appointments for customers

Talk to customers and prospects on the phone

Speak with customers about additional services

Acquire new commercial and residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups

Weekly goal setting and review meeting

Continued training and growth

Receive incoming calls and respond to emails in professional and courteous manner

Price jobs/services and write up estimates

REQUIREMENTS

Door to door sales is required

Must have reliable transportation to go to and from work

Customer service oriented

Proficient using Microsoft Suite

Experienced with excellent communication and phone skills

Business casual clothes and clean appearance

Be able to sell exterior residential and commercial cleaning

Ability to pass a drug and background check
