We are a leader in the residential window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing in the greater Cincinnati

This position is for our commercial and residential services divisions specializing in window cleaning and pressure washing to both businesses and high-end homes in the area. We are looking for an organized, dependable, skilled candidate with a great attitude, great voice, who can multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced sales environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell jobs and manage inbound sales calls
• Owning the sales process start to finish
• Schedule service appointments for customers
• Talk to customers and prospects on the phone
• Speak with customers about additional services
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups
• Weekly goal setting and review meeting reviewing sales targets.
• Continued training and growth
• Receive incoming calls and respond to emails in professional and courteous manner
• Price jobs/services and write up proposals
• Monitor and transfer office calls and emails as necessary
• Complete office administration tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior sales experience is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to go to and from work as necessary
• Customer service oriented
• Technically savvy and proficient using Microsoft Suite
• Must be social media proficient
• Experienced with excellent communication and phone skills
• Business casual dress and appearance
• Ability to pass a drug and background check
