About the Role:

American Window Concepts Inc is looking for a skilled Window Installer to join our team in Ventura, CA! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a dedicated crew delivering high-quality window installation services to satisfied customers every day. Responsibilities:

Measure, fit, and install residential and/or commercial windows to manufacturer and company standards

Remove old or damaged windows and prepare openings for new installations

Apply caulking, insulation, and weatherproofing materials to ensure proper seals

Inspect installed windows for proper operation, alignment, and finish quality

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and ladders on job sites

Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a clean, safe work area

Load, transport, and handle window materials with care to prevent damage

Requirements:

Prior experience in window installation, glazing, or general construction preferred

Ability to read measurements and follow installation specifications

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday

Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic
