About the Role:

Accent Drapery Co Inc is looking for a skilled Window Treatment Installer to join our team in Columbus, OH! This is a hands-on role where you'll bring beautiful window treatments to life in various commercial, health care and residential spaces. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and delivering a polished finished product, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install a variety of custom window treatments including blinds, roll shades, shutters, draperies, and curtain rods

Conduct on-site assessments to determine proper mounting and installation methods

Ensure all installations are level, secure, and meet quality standards

Communicate professionally with clients during in-home or commercial installations

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently and effectively

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order

Coordinate with the office team on scheduling, job details, and material needs

Requirements:

Prior experience in window treatment installation, carpentry, or a related trade preferred

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple job sites

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Professional, courteous demeanor when working in clients' homes or businesses

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work at heights using ladders and/or scaffolding

Typical working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
