Made in the Shade North OKC is looking for a skilled, dependable Window Treatment Installer to join our growing team. You'll install custom blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, exterior shades, and motorized window treatments in customers' homes and businesses throughout the Oklahoma City area.
This position is ideal for someone with handyman, carpentry, or installation experience who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering a five-star customer experience.

What You'll Do
Measure and install custom window treatments in residential and commercial settings
Install blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, exterior shades, and motorized products
Program motorized window treatments and smart-home integrations as needed
Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues professionally
Communicate effectively with customers, installers, vendors, and office staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Protect customers' homes and leave every space cleaner than you found it
Care for company tools, equipment, and installation materials
Continue learning new products, technologies, and installation techniques
What We're Looking For
3+ years of handyman, carpentry, construction, or installation experience
In-home installation experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Professional, dependable, and punctual
Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Ability to safely work on ladders and stairs
