JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Install, repair, and troubleshoot Hunter Douglas window treatments

· Install soft window treatments and hardware

· Pick-up and deliver furniture

· Maintain stock of parts and supplies on the installation van

· Provide superior customer service

· Document project statuses

Become and remain proficient in product knowledge, including but not limited to:

· Blinds

· Shutters

· Draperies

· Valances & Cornices

· Home Automation Kits

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

The ideal candidate for this position is personable, able to adapt quickly, willing to learn, and possesses patience and improvisational skills. Friendly disposition and great attention to detail are essential for working in customers’ homes.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Highschool diploma or equivalent required

· Ability to pass a background check

· Valid New York State Driver’s License

· Skill and experience with power tools

· Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs.

PREFERRED:

· Installation / Construction Experience

· Customer Service Experience

$21.50-$31.35 per hour

This position may be eligible for overtime pay based on business needs.
