    The Installer would support Los Angeles, Orange County and/or San Diego.

    Responsibilities:

    Uphold Vista’s commitment to excellence by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns professionally.

    Install window treatment products including blinds, shades, draperies, shutters, and other window treatments in commercial, retail, private and multifamily residential settings.

    Measure windows accurately and assess installation requirements prior to installation.

    Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to ensure installations are completed efficiently and meet company standards.

    Collaborate effectively with project managers and other team members to coordinate installation schedules and logistics.

    Communicate with the project manager on a daily basis to ensure alignment on project status

    Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company safety policies during all installations.

    Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain knowledge of best practices and ensure a safe work environment.

    Understand and comply with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements related to window treatments and accessibility.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and maneuver them in tight spaces.

    Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment.

    Stamina and agility to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time.

    Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise installation work.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a window treatment installer or similar role preferred.

    Proficient knowledge of various window treatment products and installation methods.

    Ability to read and interpret installation diagrams and instructions.

    Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
