As a Window Treatment Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with customers in their homes, help them choose the right window treatments, and guide the project from consultation through installation. This is a high-earning role for a driven, commission-minded salesperson who enjoys helping customers make confident decisions.
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience preferred with in-home sales as a bonus
Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
Organized, professional, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Strong math skills for measuring and quoting
Comfortable working evenings
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using a CRM
Able to lift 20 lbs, climb stairs, and measure overhead on a tall ladder
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations and recommend the right solution
Create customized proposals based on style, function, and budget
Measure accurately and build clear quotes
Stay organized, arrive on time, and follow up consistently
Generate new business through referrals and relationships
Own the customer experience from sale through installation
Partner with installers to ensure accurate measurements and smooth installs
Stay current on products and vendor offerings
