Job Description: As a Field Operations Coordinator at Window World, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and logistics of installations, and service calls for our clients. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects, contributing to the overall success of our business. Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate the scheduling of installations, repairs, and maintenance services according to customer requirements and technician availability. ● Communicate with customers to confirm appointment times, provide service updates, and address any inquiries or concerns. ● Collaborate closely with field technicians to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to complete their assignments efficiently. ● Monitor job progress and address any issues or delays that may arise, implementing solutions to ensure timely completion. ● Maintain accurate records of service calls, including customer information, job details, and technician notes. ● Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials and equipment required for installations and service activities. ● Provide administrative support to the installation and service team, including data entry, active project notation.

    Qualifications: ● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or a related field is preferred. ● Proven experience (1-2 years) in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry. ● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. ● Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite and scheduling software. ● Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality. ● Adaptability and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently. ● Knowledge of installation and service processes, terminology, and industry standards is a plus.
