    Job Summary

    Window World Neighborhood Customer Service Representatives (NCSR) will canvas the immediate neighborhood around a current Window World project installation and knock on doors and leave door hangers with the goal of 1) letting the neighbors know that Window World is in their neighborhood working on a house nearby 2) is available to help them with their exterior remodeling needs as well and can set an appointment for them 3) and if there is any construction debris left in their yard to let us know. The goal of the canvasing would be to set appointments for Window World Design Consultants to follow up and showcase our products for an eventual sale. NCSR must be energetic and positive with a customer-first mentality to create positive experiences for all Window World customers. NCSR would receive an hourly rate plus commission overrides for any sales they "tee up" for our Window World Design Consultants.

    Responsibilities

    Convert customer inquiries from various communication channels into in-home sales appointments.

    Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization.

    Schedule sales appointments, product installations, and/or service appointments with both customers and the Window World team.

    Follow standard operating procedures.
