Due to our continued growth, we are seeking driven sales professionals to join our team. This "hands-on" position will focus on selling our products to our customers. We provide you the appointments—but you can always self-generate and make even more money! Your customers will be among the most diverse imaginable as we supply and install replacement windows, doors & other exterior remodeling products. If you possess the following skills, your opportunity to PROSPER financially and professionally will be LIMITLESS!

What you get to do:

You get to spend the majority of your time outside in the field, enjoying the sunshine and calling on 3 to 5 prospective customers per day. A really cool part of the job is being involved with design and innovation for your customers. Improving the ROI for our customers’ home exterior needs is always a good feeling. So we both win.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with your customers who will refer friends and neighbors to you—their referrals become YOUR customers! This is part of our core purpose.

What you need to have to get in the door:

· A record of high achievement and success

· Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience

· An exceptional level of motivation, desire, competitiveness, customer driven focus, time management, multi-tasking, and project management skills

· Proven prospecting, follow-up, and value-added consultative selling skills

· Experience with Exterior Home Improvement products highly desirable

· Strong presentation skills and interpersonal effectiveness ·

· A strong work ethic and commitment that will allow you to exceed your financial and professional expectations

· Valid Driver’s License
