General Manager Window World – Akron / Cleveland

The right candidate will join the Window World management team, working directly under the Regional Manager. He / she will provide leadership, guidance and direction to office staff, installation team, measure and service technicians, as well as provide personal customer care to customers when needed.

Essentials:

Solid experience in installation of replacement windows, doors and siding

Prior management experience

Dedication to customer needs and solving problems to attain complete customer satisfaction

Proactive attitude and willingness achieve company goals

Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule

The general operations manager will receive support from the Window World home office team and management peers from other Window World locations.

This is a salary position, with income based on experience. Company vehicle provided.
