Job Summary
Window World seeks energetic individual to fill role of Service Technician for replacement windows and entry doors. Window World Service Technicians (STs) will work with our office team and past customers in a variety of tasks. Day-to-day, STs will troubleshoot product and service issues across departments by visiting customers homes and determining the cause of the problem; selecting and expediting the best solution, and following up to ensure a resolution and customer understanding. STs must be energetic and positive with a customer-first mentality to create positive experiences for all Window World customers.
Responsibilities:
Accurate measuring of windows, bays, bows, patio doors, entry doors and storm doors
Replace Sashes/Product Parts as needed at customers homes
Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization.
Neatly and accurately fill out required paperwork
Follow standard operating procedures.
Other duties, as assigned by General Manager.
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and detail-oriented.
Previous experience in replacement window and door installation preferred
Knowledge of products, installation techniques and installation
Valid Drivers License
Excellent customer service skills including active listening, critical thinking, and desire to resolve customer concerns.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, upbeat attitude and ability to work on a team.
