Job Summary
Window World is seeking an experienced Office Manager who has a successful record managing a home improvement or construction office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing a team of three office staff who are responsible for Customer Service, Permitting, Ordering of Product, Receiving Product, Payroll Processing and Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in office management preferably in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Manage the day to day activities of the office staff.
Hire, coach and train new team members as needed.
Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services offered by the company.
Resolve customer issues by determining cause of problem, facilitating a resolution, and timely following up with customers.
Follow standard operating procedures.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operating reports as needed.
Maintain a well-organized and professional office.
Provide assistance with training and orientation for other team members as needed.
