Skills and Qualifications:  Skilled at all aspects of window replacement (pre-site, install and warranty work)  Working knowledge of municipal codes.  3-5 Years’ experience in residential retrofit installations.  Excel in communicating with customers to answer questions and convey updates in a manner they will understand.  Adept at developing a report with customers that reaffirms Window World was the best choice for their replacement window project.  Eager to expand your working knowledge by participating in internal and external educational opportunities.  Clean driving record  Ability to perform demanding physical tasks on a daily basis, while still maintaining meticulous attention to detail.  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-energy environment.
