Window-ology is a Bay Area window covering company looking to hire friendly, outgoing, confident, self assured, assertive people to work our display booth and generate leads at our road shows for a major retailer in the Bay Area. We are looking for Lead Generators in the North Bay area.
Description
Work at roadshows/kiosks in all Costco locations.
Staff are assigned a primary region.
Staff may be re-assigned to roadshow in another region.
Set up displays in the morning; break them down at night and at the end of the road show.
Be present at the window covering display each day of the roadshow for your shift
Provide basic information about the Costco Shop at Home program for window coverings which consists of Graber window covering products, our company's design consultation and installation services, and Costco white glove service to Costco members.
Make Costco members aware of current promotions
Gather the members information for a design consultation appointment.
Position is up to 32 hours a week.
Lead Generator receives a commission for each completed appointment from their leads.

Requirements
Availability and Appearance
Must be able to work weekends
Must be able to work full shifts (currently 5.5 hours)
Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift
Professional appearance - adhere to company dress code
Pass 90 day probation period
Technical/Physical Skills
Use mobile technologies; scheduling tool - SF.com (i360)
Use PC (Apple or Microsoft); scheduling tool, internet browser
Use iPad or other mobile tablet devices
Good at maps, directions and estimating drive times
Good at estimating consultation times
Lift 35 lbs (boxes of brochures, display frames)

Logistic Requirements:
Pass a background check
Own or have immediate access to a car
Proof of auto insurance

Start, end times and shifts vary and depend on the locations of the warehouse.
Compensation
Hourly$18.00 - $22.00 depending on experience
Bonus based on leads converted to appointments
