Responsibilities: • Visit homeowners in Louisville and surrounding areas to evaluate their current and future home improvement needs • Conduct detailed and accurate inspections and measurements of client homes • Analyze facts and figures to help homeowners reach logical conclusions/solutions • Accountable for customer satisfaction • Precise delivery of our PROVEN 10-step selling methodology, yielding a 50% sales closing ratio Qualifications: • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule with a 1/2 day every other Saturday and have regular evening availability • Valid driver's license • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000
