    Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the mental health sector and supporting your local community? Join our team in Missoula, MT, US as a Mental Health Case Manager. As a Case Manager, you will be a dedicated advocate for individuals under our care, guiding them on their mental health journey and helping them navigate government benefits. Responsibilities include representing clients effectively, attending court proceedings, and providing valuable insights on specific diagnoses. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, or related fields. Preference will be given to those with 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with severe mental illness (SDMI). Responsibilities: • Assess clients' needs, including their activities of daily living, every 90 days. • Coordinate referrals and provide access to resources and service providers to address clients' needs effectively. • Engage with clients and relevant individuals in treatment planning every 90 days. • Represent Winds of Change in a professional and respectful manner at all times. • Record daily progress notes accurately and comprehensively. • Complete internal and external documentation promptly and accurately. • Participate in mandatory training sessions, whether online or in person. • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain transportation with automobile insurance coverage. • Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold client confidentiality. • Meet productivity standards consistently. • Attend necessary meetings or events on a weekly basis. • Maintain excellent attendance records. Qualifications: • Familiarity with and adherence to HIPAA regulations. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. • Proactive approach and ability to anticipate client needs. • Demonstrates sound judgment and accuracy in decision-making. • Displays passion for the work and maintains a positive attitude. • Takes personal responsibility for actions, keeps commitments, and seeks/offers help when needed. • Exhibits professional appearance and hygiene in line with workplace culture. • For candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in an unrelated field, at least one year of experience in a direct service capacity (e.g., after-school program, nursing home, mental health, client advocacy) is required. Compensation: $19 hourly
