As a Nurse Practitioner at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting well-being in our community. Your duties will involve delivering comprehensive healthcare services, conducting patient assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, and recommending suitable treatment plans. We offer a competitive hourly pay of up to $50 (dependent on experience) and a nurturing work environment that supports personal and professional development. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history • Perform diagnostic tests to diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses • Prescribe medications and provide patient education on proper medication administration and potential side effects • Respond to pharmacy and refill requests accordingly • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes • Proficient in electronic records and documentation • Performing and giving psychotherapy for treatment of conditions Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Nursing • Valid Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner • Strong clinical knowledge and skills in primary care • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $50 per hour DOE
