Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting a Physical Therapist Assistant for a rehabilitation opportunity in Salinas, California . Support patients working toward improved strength, mobility, and independence under a Physical Therapist’s direction.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver treatment interventions within the established physical therapy plan of care.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, gait, balance, and functional mobility activities.
• Observe treatment responses and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Reinforce safe movement techniques and patient and caregiver education.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow applicable supervision requirements and professional scope of practice.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Current California PTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to safe, patient-centered rehabilitation.
