Windstar Homes, a nationally recognized award-winning, design-build firm specializing in high-end luxury custom homes is growing its business and seeking a Construction Manager to join our team of dynamic and hardworking professionals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Residential Construction and will be organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and driven. Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of construction projects from start through completion

Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed

Manage subcontractors and the construction site and maintain a daily log of the job site activity

Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspections, and vendors to complete each project on time

Manage multiple job sites and simultaneously manage workloads of individual projects

Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in residential construction with at least 3-5 years building custom homes

Ability to read and redline construction documents

Familiarity with regulatory construction standards and Florida building code

Excellent time management and communication skills
