Job Duties:We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Assistant to work in our marketing department. The Social Media Assistant is responsible for brainstorming campaigns, creating social media posts and analyzing analytics.

Salary range: $48000 - $50000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Create social media posts.

Continually improve paid media tactical planning and buying across all platforms.

Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.

Manage paid social ad campaigns and leverage first- and third-party data to build audiences.

Brainstorm campaigns.

Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.

Research industry innovations and tools.

Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.

Requirements:

Previous relevant work experience.

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Experience in managing and executing paid social media campaigns across platforms is a plus.

Bachelor degree (marketing, social sciences) is an asset.

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with remote team members.

Competent in campaign planning, recommending strategies, and budgeting.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with concurrent and competing deadlines.
