Job Description
THE ROLE
Coordinate the full end-to-end responsibility of these operations, from strategic planning and budget management, sales, booking coordination, partner liaison, content support, and promotions, to experience delivery and reporting.
Ensure the effective output of services and exceptional customer experience while meeting and exceeding targets.
Provide high-quality sales and service functions to visitors including venue bookings within the provisions of client's policies and procedures to promote and enhance the visitor's experience and the organization’s reputation for excellence.
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Events Management or at least 5 years' experience
Solid experience with Events Management
Proficiency in systems, including Adobe, event management and bookings, digital platforms, finance/invoicing, website, graphic design
Content Writing and Social Medias management
Exceptional communication skills
