Location: Michigan City, IN Position Type: Part-Time / Seasonal (with growth opportunities)

At Shady Creek Winery, the tasting bar is where the experience comes to life. We’re looking for engaging, knowledgeable, and guest-focused Wine Tasting Associates to guide guests through our wines and create memorable, personalized experiences.

If you enjoy connecting with people, making recommendations, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Greet guests at the bar with a warm, friendly welcome

Provide thoughtful recommendations, pairings, and product knowledge

Take and fulfill orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Keep the tasting bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment

Interest in wine (experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train)

Sales-minded approach—you’re comfortable making suggestions and guiding purchases

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Availability on weekends and holidays
