At Shady Creek Winery, we believe every guest experience starts the moment someone walks through our doors. We’re looking for a welcoming, organized, and guest-focused Host to be the first impression of our winery—someone who sets the tone for an unforgettable visit.

What You’ll Do

Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome

Manage waitlists and reservations to ensure smooth guest flow

Guide guests through their visit, including seating and experiences.

Communicate clearly with the team to maintain efficient service

Answer phones with professionalism and enthusiasm, assisting with reservations, questions, and general inquiries

Support the retail space by assisting guests with purchases, answering product questions, and maintaining a clean, organized shop

Handle high-volume situations with composure and positivity
