    Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP seeks a Legal Marketing Coordinator with 1-3 years of marketing experience to join its headquarters in NYC. Please note that this position is Hybrid (3 days in office Tuesday through Thursday, and 2 days remote). Salary for this position is commensurate with experience, within a range of $55,000 to $70,000. Position Summary: The Legal Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with Firm marketing and business development activities to further increase the visibility of the Firm, key practices, and individuals by leveraging the expertise of attorneys throughout the Firm. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Provide support to attorneys for seminars, conferences, and other firm-sponsored events (including CLEs and other marketing events). • Take primary responsibility for program planning and follow-up, including travel arrangements. • Provide support and assist with the writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting of firm marketing materials, including existing and new attorney announcements, practice descriptions, brochures, alerts, articles, press releases, website content, and other marketing-related communications. • Work closely with attorneys to develop articles and client communication pieces. • Assist new attorneys to ensure a timely integration into the firm’s business development functions (including directory listings, biography, press releases, various practice group brochures, professional photographs, etc.). • Track expenses related to marketing. • Maintain the firm website: update firm and practice area descriptions, attorney biographies and post new content, as needed. • Maintain firm’s web and social media presence including LinkedIn, email blasts, etc. • Update and maintain firm contact list. • Participate and attend targeted events and networking opportunities. • Provide additional marketing and administrative support to partners as needed. Qualifications: Position Skills and Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, and organization. • Ability to prioritize numerous tasks. • Tech-savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, and Constant Contact. • Critical thinking skills and an understanding of trends and best practices in content marketing. • Positive attitude – no task is too great or too small. • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels both within the organization as well as with professionals in other law firms in order to meet business development objectives. Educational Requirements and Compensation: • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or related field. • One to three years of Marketing Experience is required. • Three to five years of law firm or professional services experience is required. Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
