Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage multiple cases in Boulder, CO by overseeing all aspects of the litigation process. • Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents promptly for submission to opposing parties as a Senior Associate Attorney. • Attend and actively participate in mediations, hearings, and depositions relevant to each case. • Interact with clients in Boulder, CO to address concerns and provide effective problem resolution for their legal matters. • Implement best practices and industry standards when handling clients and their cases to ensure optimal outcomes. • Analyze findings and devise strategies and arguments in preparation for case presentations as a Senior Associate Attorney. • Complete reports and projects on time, meeting partner and client needs and guidelines in Boulder, CO. • Accurately record billable hours promptly, following client guidelines and firm policies as a Senior Associate Attorney.
