DESCRIPTION:

. Assisting in all areas of the Accounting Department with a focus on Month-End Closing procedures.

. Preparation of GAAP journal entries

. Reconciliation of GL Accounts to Payables

. Bank Reconciliations

. Credit Card Reconciliations

. Sales Tax Filing

. Accounts Payable

. Will perform project-oriented work as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

. 2 to 5 years experience with Month End Closing and advanced

accounting software

. Advanced Excel with 10-key accuracy and speed

. Research and problem solving skills for reconciliations

. Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

. Organizational skills and attention to detail

. Basic office equipment skills

. Positive and Helpful attitude

. Must have outstanding work history; and be professional, dedicated and reliable
