We are currently hiring a COORDINATOR, MARKETING to play a key role in our organization.

This role reports to the Director, Player Marketing & Events. 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use demonstrated strategic marketing and execution skills to grow multiple highly visible, player-first events and deliver accessible player touchpoints
• Facilitate the ongoing coordination among different internal divisions to ensure the effective, efficient, and impactful operation of marketing initiatives
• Manage sponsorship activations at PTPA and Winners Alliance events from creative concepts with the graphic designer to onsite installation with external event agencies
• Provide team and affiliated divisions with necessary marketing assets
• Assist with branding, event management, and onsite installation across the PTPA and Winners Alliance portfolio of events
• Develop status updates, project timelines and yearly marketing roadmaps for each player-first event and implement personalized player experiences that scale globally 
• Design and produce post-event recaps that promote data-driven decision making and visually communicate key storylines

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of experience in a related role
• Prior work in/around sports and entertainment agencies, and professional athletes preferred
• Highly organized
• Collaborative
• Ability to work nimbly in a fast-paced environment
