Winsor Group is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in New York, NY. The right candidate will have a strong reporting automation, ERP, and CRM background and 10+ years of experience in a position involving direct client interaction. The role will be embedded with a government program and will be responsible for developing a platform utilized by Project Managers on that program which incorporates other CRM / data entry databases.

THE DUTIES WILL VARY BUT IN GENERAL THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED:

• Work with end users to develop requirements and specifications for a new project and case management system
• Serve as platform expert for CRM / ERP platform, developing dashboards, workflows, data imports, and reporting.
• Manage client requests for desired specifications for CRM / ERP platform and conduct implementation of those requests.
• Develop training material for Project Managers and other stakeholders to use CRM / ERP platform
• Complete ad hoc requests as required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Previous experience working in government agencies, or government-sponsored programs preferred
• 10 years of experience in a position requiring direct client interaction
• 5+ years of experience working with CRM, ERP, and automated reporting development
